RTF to XHTML Converter is a utility which allows you to convert RTF to HTML documents, HTML + CSS or XHTML. The program supports conversion including tables, fonts, colors, styles, bullets etc.
The user interface is very friendly: you may adjust options so that the HTML file will look as you wish.

For example, you may select the type of table borders, set table width in pixels or in percent, set default font and alignment, select type of output document: plain HTML, HTML+CSS, XHTML.

The program also works as a TXT to HTML converter.
